There’s a reason Liam Neeson has made a whole other career out of movies like this: he sells a hard line better than anyone else working today. Put him with Zachary Levi as the protégé carrying the emotional baggage of a mission gone awry, and The Fix movie has the kind of cast built to make its dialogues land as hard as its action. That’s what the movie is about, and the one line that’s already gotten out ahead of its release.
What The Fix Movie Is About
The Fix movie is about a team of CIA operatives who have fallen out of favor, scarred by a disastrous mission in Afghanistan that went tragically wrong. With Larry (Neeson) and Tucker (Levi) at the helm, the team heads to Tehran for what’s pitched as a high-stakes rescue though the trailer suggests it’s more of an unsanctioned heist, with the crew going undercover to gain access to a hotel room where Larry stashed a fortune years ago. What they actually find is more dangerous than money, and the film hints at a serious twist about whether Larry is really who his team thinks he is.
